山西太原市人。1995年7月毕业于四川联合大学（原成都科技大学，现四川大学）电力系电气技术专业，获学士学位。2009年3月毕业于北京理工大学机械电子工程专业，获工学博士学位。自1995年起，长期从事电路、电子、通信等课程的教学工作。2010年至2012年在北京航空航天大学，中国科学院电子学研究所从事博士后及客座研究工作。参与完成863课题，国防重大专项课题3项。负责完成横向科研多项。第一作者发表科研论文8篇，授权国家发明专利2项，实用新型及外观专利3项。
